Food at Haughley House
The food is a highlight of staying at Haughley; Caroline and Jeffrey are accomplished cooks who believe that using the finest ingredients is the key to culinary excellence. Organic vegetables grown in their walled kitchen garden, fruit from the orchard, eggs from their hens. They are able to offer beef and pork from their traditionally reared cattle and rare breed pigs; other meats are sourced locally from reliable producers.
