We do not take single night bookings on a Friday or Saturday between April and October or on Bank Holidays.

Winter offers, Public Holidays excluded - all double occupancy only:
Mid week, two night stay, second night half price or 3 nights for the price of two. Stay Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and get dinner on one evening half price.

Cancellation Charges: We are a member of Wolsey Lodges, a consortium of privately owned homes. It is Britain's most prestigious group providing home hospitality. We are also members of A break with tradition. If you have to cancel, please remember that a contract exists between you and us with whom you have made a booking. We follow the Wolsey Lodges policy that, in the event of not being able to relet the accommodation you are liable for 30% of the total charge if you cancel within 28 days of the visit date, 60% if you cancel within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.

Arrivals and Departures: We have no hard-and-fast rules regarding arrival and departure times, but in general most guests arrive between 4.00 and 6.00 pm. If you are going to be later or earlier than this, we would be grateful for prior warning. We would ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 am to allow for the room to be prepared for following guests. Afternoon tea is available between 4.00 and 5.30pm on the day of arrival.
